How much would you suggest someone be compensated for the following job?

-Work 55-60 hours per week.
-High stress situations leading to many lost hours of sleep.
-High accountability situations with thousands of people watching your every move, finger on the litigation trigger at your first mistake requiring you to know and follow volumes of policy written in legal mumbo jumbo,
-Manage the clerical duties of running a business (budgeting, hiring, HR, etc.)
-Manage the human capital of running a school (frustrated parents, teachers, students, etc.)
-Act as a figurehead for the community with your name in the paper at various times during the school year, usually connected with whatever "controversy" that will get views.
-Communicate relentlessly via all of everyone's favorite communication methods (texts, social media, e-mail, video, etc.) so that all stakeholders are aware of the great things that are going on at any given time.
-Literally wrestle kids with serious emotional disturbances and do so in a way that does not injure the student.
-Investigate crimes and adhere to the law.
-Document everything that you said and did during the day.
-Train and teach your teachers and ensure that they implement best practices to impact student learning.
-Plan and MC assemblies and events.
-Attend concerts and athletic events.
-Attend 2-3 IEPs per week and ensure that SpEd laws are followed.
