I use the Asus 6800x for my home.
Seems to do the job for a regular sized 2 story home quite well.
The maid complains a bit while cleaning the pool area on the first floor as the closest Wifi router is on the 3rd floor (next to the gaming room, and personal office) so we pay for an unlimited data plan for her so she can get Spotify while cleaning the pool.
Go with the ASUS!
