the guy told her "was just as good as a Scotsman"... It didn't last 3 months. So she got her money back and invested in the Scotsman, it's been trouble free for a few years now, but it was closer to $4500 if I recall.

I'm not interested in redesigning my kitchen cabinets around an icemaker, so I'm hoping this will work for us. Just 2 of us in the house now, so I'm hoping it'll last.

One nice thing about it is I can throw it in the Suburban or the Travel Trailer and take it with us on vacations or when we have RV hookups.
