Better. Still have a headache, but not nearly as bad
I’m down to 1/2 an ambien while I’m cycling off, so I took that and some CBD, and was asleep in about 5 minutes. Woke up at 3:00, did some yoga, and went back to sleep around 4:00. If the headache didn’t get better I was going to go in to the ER. Appreciate you reaching out.
