Probably dumb question, but on the 5/3/1–I assume it’s something like 70% 1RM, 80% 1RM, 90% 1RM?

Need a power rack if you’re doing 5x5 alone. I don’t know how difficult it is right now, but look at Amazon/Scheels/etc.
