Depends on your medical history: For the cardiovascular side-effects
Efficacy does seem to vary between individuals, and specifically for low back pain, there seems to be no one superior NSAID (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7104791/), so all things being equal you can try a few and find what works for you. My patients seem to like ibuprofen of meloxicam (prescription, once a day dosing) the most.

If you are thinking long term, you should look at side effect profile. Hard to say which is right for you without knowing medical history.

Naproxen is the NSAID with the lowest cardiovascular risk profile, but has a higher GI upset/bleed risk than ibuprofen and many other NSAIDs. If your CV risk is low but have history of upset stomach with NSAIDs, then a COX-2 inhibitor like celebrex or meloxicam would be best. These have a higher CV though. If you have renal problems than you should stay away from these all-together. And if you do have long-term NSAID use, it is good to make sure you are checking blood pressure, renal function at least yearly (more frequently if it is consistent use).

Long read but if you are really interested to dive in this review article is old but still fairly up to date: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1855338/

If you want to chat with someone, a sports medicine doc should be familiar with these and which may be right for you. It's one of few class of drugs we write for!!
