If you have 7 days to national or state parks in southern Utah to the grand
canyon, which parks are a must see?

Zion - narrows, emerald pools trail; Grand Canyon north rim visitor's center.

Bryce Canyon, at least do the Navajo loop. It’s fairly easy with great sights.

Also consider Arches, Canyonlands, and Deadhorse Point and the whole Moab Area. Throw in Mesa Verde.

Great suggestions. Id add 1 correction. Narrows can be as long or relatively short as you want. Angels Landing is a haul
