I guess you could shorten Angels Landing as well, but the landing is the destination, Narrow is turnaround whenever.

Bryce Canyon, at least do the Navajo loop. It’s fairly easy with great sights.

Also consider Arches, Canyonlands, and Deadhorse Point and the whole Moab Area. Throw in Mesa Verde.
