Ah You, Tooley, and Anderson were those hybrid LBs and now they're hybrid safeties. They're not even taking anyone off the field because one of those guys would be a starting LB anyway. It's 2020. Can't throw a big fuss about base lineups especially when it comes to hybrid spots on the back end.
For the other two plus that hybrid spot still, you've got Kaufusi, Kaufusi, Pili, Tanuvasa,Wilgar. Some might call that too much talent and possibly wasted because everyone can't get on the field. P5s call that typical depth.

Based on the talent in front of him. Look at the roster. LB is the place where this team is the deepest.
