Cook pulled pork a day early?
My son is getting baptized this Saturday and I'm thinking of smoking some pulled pork for the meal afterwards. However, it's scheduled for noon so I'm thinking of doing it early. Any recommendations? Should I just plan on having it done a couple of hours early and keep it warm in the oven? Or could I smoke it a day early and warm it up the next day?

It's looking like it might also rain on Saturday which may influence things. I have a covered porch but wind can always blow the rain on the smoker, cooling it down.
