Not in the in the used market and some new models even in the grey market
It really depends what model you're looking for. There are several really nice Tudor's to be had brand new in the grey market around $1500 (1926 & glamour day/date). Longines & Tag have several models around $1500 brand new in the grey market. Omega & Zenith will likely be vintage/used models. Just browse the internet. I collect watches and I'm always looking to buy something new, so I look alot.
