I did it a year ago. It’s made a huge difference.
I find myself focusing more on the people around me rather than a bunch of people from high school or college who don’t really care about me anymore.
Social media has a way of giving you the impression that people care about you more than they actually do. Focus on the people in your home and extended family. Everything else is just noise.
