It said it was actually a state mandate but I wouldn't be surprised if Orange Co
is refusing to enforce it. That is what we are looking at now.
Sad part is we were going down for my parents 60th anniversary.
We already had to miss my Grandpa's 106th birthday due to him not being able to leave the care center and then he passed away a few weeks after that. We couldn't even have a funeral. Just 10 people at the graveside.
