a guy something and then doesn't fulfill that promise? I mean we never gave this guy a chance. Why did we sign him? We could have let him go somewhere that actually wanted him.

If someone gave you a job and you chose that company from a few offers and then 3 months in they said they found someone better and were letting you go, how would you feel? The options for this young man are certainly not as good now as they were then. Add in the fact that they did it right when he got home from his mission and they definitely did him dirty.

I get it, they want to get better. But again they didn't even give him a chance to compete. Why recruit him in the first place?
