The game is just slower for Romney
or in other words he is mentally faster at going through his route hierarchy and finding which is open. Romney is able to look at and evaluate his first 3 options while dropping back. So when he sets his feet he's ready to fire. Wilson has a bigger arm and is a better runner, but he seems to need to drop, look, think and then throw. By the time he does all that, some options are gone.
