80K hasn't done the 'right thing' in the past. Not seeing it in this situation.
Note: I'd be pretty angry if I were the uu coach. He just lost 3 players in 2 months. Someone didn't make the roster because of Lohner's scholarship (even if he hasn't used it, yet). Also, he's leaving late in the process. All solid transfers are gone now. Plus, he's not going to give BYU any advantages.
It is possible that the NCAA will allow the transfer without a year — because he hasn't even been to school, yet.
