I just think with the way the global economy is structured...that's going to be key. If jobs and capital are more mobile than you...which they naturally are because of borders.....then you are at a disadvantage and people are going to get stuck. I started orienting this way in '08 ...but covid, the current central bank madness, and the political atmosphere have got me believing in it even more.
