I agree completely. I lived in the Bay Area and in Sandy for twenty years and

worked in Silicon Valley. I would drive it once a year to do something with the car especially. I did not want to license my cars in CA because of the cost difference. However driving that stretch, I did get my 911 up to 165 MPH. It would have gone faster, but I got a bit light in the loafers:-)

Highway 191 from Rock Springs to about Pinedale. Closer to rock springs the worst.
