they don't haggle on sales or trade in price, they are easy to talk to but won't give you the best deal
but if it's a hard to find vehicle, they may be the best option. they will also do MaxCare protection on any car, no matter how likely it is to need expensive repairs in the future.
a new Suburban is likely to be findable lots of places, if you look around you'll find a better deal.
