Given BYU's uniquely hair-pulling climate, we SHOULD be looking for inside
hires, almost w/out exception.
Unfortunately, we just aren't growing assistants of that quality any more.
And when we have had one of that quality who can also check off all the boxes --Chow, Anae-- hardly anyone in the fanbase or administration seems too thrilled in giving them a shot.
