Realtor. Don't just pick someone from an online ad. Typically your best financing will come from a local credit union. Don't buy a house you don't plan to live in for at least 7 years. Location is everything. Make sure you know as much as possible about the location prior to buying. I.e. quality of schools, crime rates, HOA, etc... Don't just buy the cheapest house you can find. Keep in mind if you pay more for your house to be in a better school or location you will likely also be able to sell your house for more when that time comes.
