That’s good advice. I just accepted an offer on my home and people were fighting

to get into my neighborhood and school district. Had multiple offers and took a cash offer that was over 8% higher than asking price and they waived the inspection. Several of the offers were waiving inspections and doing escalation clauses, including the cash offer.
