I was gone for a mission (yeah...what's it to you?) from 85-87.
While I was gone Dad learned about cholesterol and heart disease etc. I get home and ask my mom for fried chicken and it has gone from "skin on, seasoned, breaded and fried, white and dark meat" to "skinless, baked chicken breasts".
The good news is...Dad turned 91 last month so the change was worth it.
