Easy. Use the hole saw to drill a hole through another piece of wood. Remove center drill bit place piece of wood over your screw hole, now drill deck board while using piece of wood as a hole guide. Also, you could drill them with the bit in place just have the bit drill next to screw, might need to use a bigger hole saw.
