I'd watch Lance Egan's stuff but don't attempt to euro nymph as a beginner. It's a niche style of fishing
and requires the proper setup to do effectively. I'd watch Fly Fish Food's videos as well as Huge Fly Fisherman. Huge Fly Fisherman is hilarious and also provides a no BS viewpoint.
As an aside, DO use Lance Egan's flies. I've yet to NOT catch a fish on a fly Egan invented.
