It's not hard to limit food intake and the reality is any level of healthy eating is restrictive by definition. Which is exactly what you proposed, restrictive diet. Limit this, don't do that....what is the difference between what you say and Keto?
You say limit one thing a Keto person says limit this other thing.
The reality is the majority of people (especially in America) over eat daily their calorie allowance due to the standard American diet by default. So everyone is eating a restrictive diet.
