I would say a healthy lifestyle isn't feasible for most Americans 😂
To me with lifestyle changes people have to do what works best.

Keto is a beast to start and get going but long term easy to maintain. Most people I talk with think they could never live without carbs. But once they eliminate them and supplement with fats they enjoy it more. Let's be honest, who doesn't want a diet that has a staple of bacon.

Even after that you can slowly introduce some carbs and maintain ketosis. I know of folks that take 30g and still stay in ketosis. I've found d it's more difficult getting accurate labels than anything. Keto is a trendy word now so you have to be careful.
