Some of Utah's biggest home builders and RE developers are working furiously to finish what they started and sell now but have put a full stop to future plans. Others seem convinced we will be okay in Utah and are business as usual. the one thing that is consistent is the uncertainty is at an all time high.

I think commercial real estate is in huge trouble at the very least. I had the chance to ask Dell Loy Hansen his thoughts. He isnt buying anything for at least 12 months and possibly more. He of course made his billions in commercial RE and says his losses are already "well into the tens of millions".
