Hey MOD Pizza - what's the point?
I've been trying to cut back on carbs. My wife picked up dinner on the way home yesterday from MOD pizza - and got me one with a cauliflower crust. It actually tasted good. No complaints from me.
Later that evening, I pulled up MyFitnessPal to enter in my meals. I pulled up MOD's website to get an estimate on calories for their cauliflower crust pizza. I looked at the nutritional info, and here's what it said...
Regular MOD crust: 490 calories, 88 g carbs
Cauliflower crust: 590 calories, 87 g carbs
I'm not sure they're making that stuff out of cauliflower.
