My wife eats seafood on a fairly regular basis
Otherwise, about the only times she eats meat are Thanksgiving (turkey) and Christmas Eve (ham).
And she basically believes everything that comes from a cow (beef or dairy) is fundamentally unhealthy (even if it’s grass fed).
