Which means that crust is full of other stuff. Because 1 C of cauliflower is only 2 net carbs.
I thought it was pretty well known that most cauliflower crusts were not really that good for you and maybe even worse than regular. Unless you're making it yourself and as bland as possible.
They pack it full of other stuff adding to the calories so it won't taste like the crap it is. Trying to make it belong in the pizza world only makes it less healthy than the original.
It's basically just a fad for the gluten free nuts.
