If you don't have to carry it far, Kirkham's Spring Bar is outstnading. Little bit expensive, but if you go to the store, they used to have the Scout 80 Model available only to Utah residents/BSA. This was a super cheap deal for Utah folks. Cost something like $400 instead of $700. Sleeps 4 to 5 people.

I would just get the biggest one Costco has. They usually have a gimmicky easy setup.

I didn't mean gimmicky in a bad way. My dad bought this giant tent at Costco last year that had some sort of hub system.
