can now do at least 30 in a row, but usually keep with sets of 20. I'm about 2 months in and it's been very helpful. I actually started because my wife decided to do 100 per day, so it's nice to have someone to hold me accountable. I'm behind you on running, but went 2 miles today. It would be nice to get up to 3-4 miles per day and to get faster than a crawl.
Maybe CB should have occasional health challenges where we all keep each other accountable, anonymously of course.
