I started Jan 1 this year doing 100 pushups/100 crunches a day.
Now I’m up to 150/150 daily (6*25) plus I’ve ridden the Peloton nearly every day for a year averaging 9-10 mi/ride. Turning 50 this Oct and trying to keep up with my young adult kids.
Every day gets a little easier . . . Keep at it!
