If you go in expecting a nice, manicured golf course, then you will be disappointed big time. It's always wet, bare in many spots because I don't know that grass can grow with so much shade and water. And the course is really, really hard. But the views are incredible, and it can be fun to play a course that's different from the "normal" track. Like Big XII Coug stated, I noticed a decline in the course playing conditions between visits.
