The recipe in the video makes an absurd amount, so I cut it down to 1/4th the amount on the post-it note below. You might even want to half it again, because it still makes quite a bit. 

Anyway, everyone I've made pork for has loved the flavor of this rub. I thought the tumeric was a weird ingredient, but it tastes great.
