Pizza on a gas grill. Any tips? Will use a pizza stone
I always struggle getting the pizza off the peel into the oven. How hot do I let it go? My grill will hit 800 if I let it. Do I try to keep it at 500?

The hotter the better generally, but on a grill that has no heat from the top of it gets too hot you may burn the bottom
