I would really like to climb the Grand Teton but I don’t want to pay so much for a guide. I have quite a bit of climbing experience but I’ve heard it is unwise to do without a guide

Anyone done it with or without a guide? How was you experience? Any info is appreciated. I’d like to do it this year but next summer is probably more realistic.

I talked to a exum mountain guide on the phone and it’s expensive! Around $2,000 for a single person. $1600 each for 2 ppl and $1200 each for a group of 6.
