It seemed to have no rhyme or reason to doing that. Some days, no problem. Other days, had to turn it off becuase i couldn't even connect to my wi-fi at home.
Worse, their support was crappy. I would log a service request and get some long email with 10 questions (which i answered multiple times) and other technical instructions that i felt like i needed a degree in Computer Science to even understand.
No live support to speak of. (I signed up for three years, so, you'd think I would get some attention.)
I finally just decided to ditch them since I couldn't really use it. Hopefully, I won't have that same problem with another VPN.
