So, Harlan is complicit in that decision. Here's the long and short of it, there is nothing magnanimous about Harlan stating that the 2021 game will still be played in Provo. At best, he is simply saying "until my PAC12 overlords tell me differently, we'll adhere to the plan that was already in place for next year, but as soon as 2021 gets messed with, it is highly possible that this will change too".
The bar for the AD position at Utah with respect to a mutual relationship of respect with BYU is very, very low. I am just surprised at how many people seem to be lauding his action of basically no action. The fact that that action is commendable is truly a refection of how ridiculous the AD at Utah has been for many years.
