have to show commercial use. If he actually grabs one they end up using, it should not be very hard to get it from him. And contrary to what many think, companies do not just pay people to go away unless 1) it is cheap, 2) there is a reason to pay i.e. they are going to lose more. I think he just wasted a bunch of money.
