Shoutout to Kyle Collinsworth and what he's doing on Twitter. He's really been able to give me a fresh perspective and mindset. Since I really started taking what he said to heart, I'm now weighing less than when I was a senior in high school (I'm 41). The difference has been not focusing on the weight scale, but on changing my lifestyle one habit at a time. I'm at the point where IF and daily walks are not only automatic, but something I enjoy. I'm just about ready to start doing a smoothie a day.
