Tore my Achilles a couple of years ago and then had meniscus surgery just before COVID hit.
I was already running and doing Peloton and then I came across Kyle's ideas
I am doing the intermittent fasting. Only eat from noon-7.
Adding a daily green smoothie today. Likely just use my own formula with frozen fruit, spinach, banana, and almond milk
Added pushup program today as well.
