A slow and steady lifestyle change always works out better. I have multiple family members who have been on multiple diets and their weight is like a roller coaster. Until a year and a half ago I yo yoed all the time too. My goal starting a year and a half ago was/is to maintain my weight within 5-10 pounds of a healthy weight for the rest of my life. It’s gonna be hard but momma didn’t raise no snowflake.
