Yeah, I've done brakes a few times, but never rotors.
Even the rotors seem pretty easy and straight forward.

Brakes are a pretty easy DIY job, even if replacing rotors.

Rotors are kind of a pain if they get stuck, but there are a couple of youtube

If you've done brake pads before, you've done 95% of the pad/rotor job.
