I was in a New Testament class where the instructor got ticked at the class for getting behind on the reading during a short Summer term. His final was closed book. And we were given 3 to 4 verses from any passage and required to give Book and Chapter. Randy Hayes was the prof and I had enjoyed the class, but he was the #1 sock chucker in my book for that stunt. This was basically a class full of sophomores.
