14 day quarantine excludes the possibility of football. I guess, if the government considers and continues to consider playing a football game a compelling reason to give an exception to a large group of people, that allows a possibility. Governments, including Hawaiian government, have changed their restrictions and allowable exceptions quickly and frequently. I was not detailed in my earlier comment, but again a 14 day quarantine would preclude football. Almost 100% of people consider a 14 day quarantine excessive and outside their ability to do for a visit. I would love to see BYU and UH play again. Just seems like a stretch that I hold out little hope of. I am happy you feel differently.
