That fair compensation is getting better and better every year too.
College costs increase like 10% every year over 20 years now. Full Ride athletic scholarships have been increasing at the same rate.
Like the argument that used to be sort of laughable of "you get a scholarship, that's payment enough" is becoming a more and more valid argument with each year that tuition costs go up.
