And BYU isn't subject to some conference saying who they can and can't play. BYU has more freedom to play football than any other P5 team.

For all we know, the PAC12 could cancel all football based on their "woke" players and/or ridiculous rules being placed on CA schools. Currently, in CA no child should go to school because they could get sick or endanger someone else. Mind you that children are extremely unlikely to be materially affected by COVID-19. Hopefully, their parents have greats savings and at least one stay at home parent to watch them. Good luck to all the struggling dual-income households (most are in CA). I hope they can keep their jobs. Sad really...
