Crazy that a locker room is even an issue.
Yes, BYU's is not as up to date as some around the country.....but it is still newer and not that bad.

Lead up to Hawaii bowl and all the partying, drinking, smoking etc. says otherwise. Sitake is set and just doesn't care

All the bad apples are still there, partying it up. Though I imagine it's tougher to pass and social distance
